Creamy Dreamy Avocado Pudding

Smooth and creamy. This is so very healthy, yet tastes so decadent. What makes this taste so extra yummy is the added melted chocolate. It really gives the pudding an amazingly sweet and rich taste.

Avocado pudding


  • 1 large avocado

  • 3 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Splashes of raw milk or non-dairy milk

  • 1/3 cup melted chocolate chips

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 1 to 2 tsp (or to taste) maple syrup or honey


  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until blended nice and creamy.

  • Put in a pretty dish to eat as is or chill in refrigerator to set more for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Then top with my fresh whipped coconut or dairy cream (see Coconut Whipped Cream page for my fresh dairy cream recipe) and drizzle with melted chocolate, cacao powder, chocolate chips, or nuts.


For a richer and thicker dessert, add your whipped cream and toppings first before refrigerating.
