Tangy Lemon Dill Dressing

This dressing is amazing for salad and also doubles as a dip for veggies or even a marinade for chicken. it combines farm-fresh ingredients and creamy Greek yogurt with a touch of citrus that is tangy, creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • One cup of organic plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves cut up and  sautéed in olive oil 

  • 2 tsp of chopped fresh dill weed

  • Fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • Drizzle of fresh lemon juice

  • Teaspoon of olive or avocado oil

  • Pinch of sea or Himalayan salt to taste

  • Dash of pepper

  • ​Finely chopped cucumbers

Method

Combine all your dry ingredients and slowly beat in the avocado oil and lemon juice and finally chopped cucumbers. Top with fresh dill.
